Sending 400k emails in INBOX

Hi there folks

In the past I posted here that I have a 2M email list database.
Well, after removing all duplicates I have about 400k emails right now which (I think) are prepared for a 15-20 day email campaign.

What I've done?
1. I acquired 25 web domains and 25 cheap hostings in order to create an email address for each domain.
2. I've made 190 .csv lists which include about 2k emails every list
3. I am using software that has a dashboard where I can see and manage all 25 SMTP domains.

What I would like to ask you guys:

1. I know that having a SPF, DMARC and DKIM record in the DNS zone is very important, could you please tell me, these records are like ''universal'' ? For example, could I just introduce for every domain these SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records just changing the IP address and the domain address?

Please, if somebody has any idea about this aspect I would be very grateful.

2. I DO NOT verify if the remaining 400k addresses are still valid, I searched the web and found some websites which few cents per mail they will do that for you. Would you recommend a technique or some cheap and effective website for this task?

3. Which other advice or tip would you give me before starting this email campaing. I want to mention again that I am not planning to send these 400k emails in 1 day. I am planning to use 25 domains to send about 2500 emails/day from each domain in order to not get blacklisted.

Is it that easy? I think you are going to burn those domains and hosting accounts in a blink. Unless you are pro and know everything, but the way you are asking questions, I don't think so. You can try, I am damn you will learn tons of stuff by doing this. Best of luck.

For that reason I am here asking some pros to help me with this stuff. I think I am going on the good way but absolutely I am not a pro on doing this but you know...no one was born learned
 
Get a dedicated serever from spam friendly provider (hostkey did the job for me) , go to fiver and find someone who will install powermta and mailwhizz for like $30-$40 (including spf,dmark....).
In the footer of the email insert 2 links , one unsubscribe link of course and one fake link named Report Spam (Install a fake website (one page with fake inputs , this will reduce spam report (something like https://www.pinpointe.com/contact/report-abuse)
Clean your 400k emails using that server for bounces , remove any gov/edu... emails
Outsource the 25 setup on fiverr (few peoples there are doing a great job , check their reviews ...)
Don't use shared hosting as they have limits on sending (unless you will use SMTP or transactional emails ) i recommed getting few cheap dedicated servers so you have control over your setup / sending speed / sending limits ...)
if your list is targeted with high end product you will get your setup cost in no time , if you will use it to spam some random cheap offers avoid buying/installing the servers and rotate between few transactional/smtp accounts (its easy to setup the spf/dkim/dmark.. on those service) , they will cost cheap but at least they will give you an idea of the quality of your list)

I know how to setup an SMTP server on a VPS using PowerMTA and IP rotation, I was thinking about doing this to clean my lists from bounces..etc however doing what you just discribed will I need to keep buying a new IP every x number of mailings correct as they will get blacklisted for too much bounces/honeypots/spam traps..etc?

Please let me know as I like this setup and want to give it a go.

i paid 220 usd for 1m cleaning credits on debounce fyi
 
Guys, really, stop using complicated software / flamethrowers to shoot thousands of emails daily and expect to have really good results.

This way of sending emails suck.

What you have to do is simple :
  • Don't shoot more than 150 emails per day per email address. Less than 100 is the best. And you need a delay between each email, don't send blasts.
  • 1 email address per domain.
  • Setup the SPF, DKIM and DKIM by hand in the DNS Zone, that's easy. No need to do exotic stuff.
  • Verify the lists, start by verifying a sample. You don't have to verify 400k email address in one shot, that does not make sense because the validation must be recent. If you validate addresses that you won't shoot before 3 months, that's useless. Verify a list that will last you 1 week or two.
  • If you send the SAME Content / links between your sending email addresses, you'll get flagged. So the content and links have to change between your senders.
  • Question for you : why do you absolutely need to send 2,5k per day ? You take 10x more risks to get shitty results by doing so. If you send less, you'll get way better results and the ROI will be much higher.
  • Concerning the tool : lemlist will fits your needs, it has a warmup feature, and that's a gamechanger for your delivrability.

Thank you for the advice, this guy takes all the lists directly uses them for himself.
He is using basic port 25 nothing else, just straight up scammer with some knowledge.

IF they can do 5m emails for 0.0003
They can do that for 1m, with discount.
Its covid 19 everyone wants money, especially companies,they dont give fuck anymore.

I would not turned 200-300 usd away.

Dont cost them shit, they use paid servers and programming for this.
They have monthly fee, lets say 2k usd for all maintence, and they earn maybe 20-50x more than that, so they dont care.
they ahve nothing to lose in other words.

Why accuse him of being a scammer, do you have proof he uses the lists?

I've used the service and haven't had any indication of scamming. I've peppered my verification with virgin domain email addresses. No spam (so far) and it's been over a year

The site has been around and doing email verification (and other services) since late 2008.

As noted above I've been using them for about a year. No issues, it's quit and seem as effective as other services I've tried.
I took list pre-validated list of 5000.
Sent toL Emaillistverify, debounce, datavalidation and my-addr.

Results were very similar from all.

The only issue is emaillistverify and debounce have me on a mailing list I can't unsubscribe from (they've nulled their unsub link). So I get their crap offers all the time.

Wow that is super weird... however if they are as good as other services you mentioned I think I should definitely try them out but won't be using my main email to signup with them :D, I'm currently using debounce though and I don't think I encountered this problem.

I verified list of 500 emails, which i have full access to.
Not longer than one week recived emails on each of them about his shit services.
