Sending 400 Emails

I did some scraping and I have 400+ emails to send.
I have never sent this much emails, can I simply just add them all on my cpanel email client and send?
Will they get delivered or do I have to do it other way?

if you send them at once, your emails may be taken as spam.
I think you should split them into a group of 100, and you send the email to each group with a time interval

Also add a tracker to your email to see whether it's being opened and read etc.

use mailgun api
