Send sms via USB Modem alternative software?

Hey i bought the modem for sending sms like this one: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32714849279.html

It came with unregistered software : "SMSCaster" thats $100/year, but looks quite dated and doesnt have good features..
I've found SMS Deliverer to be more up to date, but still no SMS to email or remote management options..

Are there any software you recommend for this ?
