i want to send someone money by using paypal but because of my country i don't have friends and family option

So whats the best way to send it as goods and service without getting any problem and avoiding account holding

If your payment was hold after payment recieved, wait for 2 - 3 days, You have an option ( get your money) click that and confirm the order details.. You will get payment with in a day.. No need to wait long time
