Send Online gift (cash) to philippines

I have some freelancers from the philippines that I hired over a freelancer website, they work well and hard and I would like sent them somehow extra money or something they can easy transform to cash and they don't need pay comission to the freelancer site or if they work for someone.

If someone from philippines could give me some input what's the most easiest way this would be great.

I'm looking for a way to strengthen my "thank you" messages to them and if this probably gives in any way a bad feeling to them or so would be great if someone tell me.

The amount varies on the working position and will be between USD 200 to 1'500.

Thanks forgot about them, many years ago since used last time. Even hope to find a more "clean" solution, where mostly can pay in by wire transfer.

I am from the Philippines. Paypal is the best way to get "INSTANT" cash with lesser charge compared to any money transfers like Western Union or Moneygram.
