I hope i can share this link with you (don't know if the forum let me).

I have made a script from where you can post mass direct messages on twitter.

All you need to do is extract a list of your followers and add them (one ID by line) into the textarea and then add your twitter user, password and message and click submit.

The script use a text file witch is deleted after you click submit. No password or user name is saved. Try it out whit some of your test accounts and see how it works.

Some help is needed!

If someone is expert in curl and twitter API and willing to help me with a script that will extract a twitter user followers in order to copy and paste it for mass messages i can share the rest of the script with him/her.

Please note:

Twitter have a limit for daily direct messages. You better use several accounts and send from each one within that limit. You might get banned by twitter if send more messages.

Wait for your oppinions.

*Spam: You may not use the Twitter service for the purpose of spamming anyone. What constitutes ?spamming? will evolve as we respond to new tricks and tactics by spammers. Some of the factors that we take into account when determining what conduct is considered to be spamming are:

• If you have followed a large amount of users in a short amount of time;
• If you have followed and unfollowed people in a short time period, particularly by automated means (aggressive follower churn);
• If you repeatedly follow and unfollow people, whether to build followers or to garner more attention for your profile;
  
• If you have a small number of followers compared to the amount of people you are following;
• If your updates consist mainly of links, and not personal updates;
• If a large number of people are blocking you;
• The number of spam complaints that have been filed against you;
• If you post duplicate content over multiple accounts or multiple duplicate updates on one account
• If you post multiple unrelated updates to a topic using #
• If you post multiple unrelated updates to a trending or popular topic
• If you send large numbers of duplicate @replies
• If you send large numbers of unsolicited @replies in an attempt to spam a service or link
  
• If you repost other user?s content without attribution.
• If you have attempted to "sell" followers, particularly through tactics considered aggressive following or follower churn.

I am interested in seeing how well it works. We have enough twitter accounts to not worry about being banned... We will just get/make more. Send us a pm when you get your kinks worked out...

Firs of all sorry for that same reply posted several times. If someone can delete those and leave just one will be nice.

@dizzspaceteam - If have a list of your followers you can use the tool. I have tested it and works fine. Actually i was hoping to get some feedback and not to discuss about twitter rules.

@sovereignty Thanks

My recomandation to all: Make some twitter accounts and get fast some followers using Hummingbird or whatever... follow this accounts with some of your own and send direct messages. You will got a report on the site for successful messages or errors if any and you can check your own twitter account if the message have been delivered.

This is how is tested the tool within 250 direct messages a day and none of my accounts was banned. I do not recommend breaking twitter's rules.

Another fact: 50 accounts with 300-500 followers it is very easy to obtain. Sending 250 messages / day x 50 accounts sounds interesting... all this following twitter rules.
How about that?

Man... whatever. What you have posted is part of twitter's TOS and i linked to that as well for the part regarding limits. I will post your link on the site if you consider that so necessary and point this out with BIG characters and green color.
Lot of people around here look for this kind of tool. This is why i posted here but perhaps it would have been better not to...

I respect you and your opinion and as i said, i will put that link for that part of twitter's TOS on the site. My intention is not to argue with someone and especially not to discuss twitter's rules here this is what i tried to point out with that reply.

@gopapy I am grateful that you posted and it's your Right to do so...In fact, I was looking for something of this nature to test out a twitter method I'm working on...

You did a good thing coming here have faith the week end is like this you'll get more post activity in the likeness as people use twitters during the week...for sure.

Just a ? do you have any tools that will do a live search for a keyword and be able to make a @ reply to the twitter account with the OPTION to follow?

I like the DM route but much rather not have to follow the account to do a DM. I would like to keep the my account opened to the @ replies that reply back and then I would follow to DM them...See what I'm doing. In logic this would give you quality leads that want your content with out having to make hundreds of accounts that would eventually get banned. In that case you cold easily set up 10 accounts in 1 IP and manage the accounts to 1k to 10k to whatever amount followers you could effectively manage...AND Still have it ALL well within TWITTER tos...

Couple things and I'll leave you to your own .....

1) I was trying to help you .....
2) Big green is my 'normal' and nothing special just for 'you' .....
3) Doesn't make a rats ass to me either way .....
4) If you keep spamming your followers with DMs they will very quickly start BLOCKING you which in return gets your accounts quickly suspended .....
5) sovereignty has the right idea .....
6) Check numbers 1 and 3 above .....

@popzzz it's Obvious that You and I are on the same Note here,

We keep meeting one another on the same threads It's comforting to know that another is on this thought as well. I'm certain as we continue with our Quest in getting a solid Twitter automation Solution that can Automate a Real Time TWITTER Marketing Method within the Twitter tos, that some genius will in fact have the ears to hear and the guts to THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX of what ALL the other twitter Auto developers are doing and Give us something Really special and REP worthy...-In Time
