Send emails, pick campaigns and make money

I have emails coming in every day, but havent been mailing for a number of years. So from reading around bhw it would seem the best way to send emails that get into the inbox and is cheap is to buy/generate a bunch of gmail accounts. I have seen a few guys selling them here, but does anyone have any suggestions on who to go to for that?
I am looking for someone that is willing to send out 50-100k emails a day on these gmail accounts as well as pick the campaigns from the cpa networks i belong to.
We could do payment as a flat fee or i would be willing to give up 20% of the revenue.

20% seems kind of low for an actual mailer who knows what they are doing. Be careful for scammers. If you are interested in doing something different, PM me.

We could do 50/50. I love money, but would rather have a happy partner then somone that is trying to hussle me on the side because i am not giving them their fair share.

fixed fee makes me feel uneasy...only because if it is a rev split then i know that your heart is in it. How much of aa flat/fixed fee are we looking at?
