I don't know any program to send dms
but you can hire a dec to create a custom one for you

Have lots of software to send bulk in twitter. Just search in google "Bulk message sender software" . You can send 500 message directly perday. You can directly create a twitter account from their website.
i wonder what hes trying to sell.
