Send 10k scraped emails

Hello! I've scraped over 10,000 emails about a particular niche. I would like to send an email to get people interested in what I want to sell, the idea is not to spam to death, just a little . If they answer the email put them on a more refined list and just work on that list. I am a total noob in email marketing, but I think a good % of those emails are interested in what I want to sell.

-Is it legal to send emails to emails without them being subscribed? I don't think it's much... but...
-It is something very serious or is it relatively common in blackhat?
-What services could I use to send these emails? I'm not sure if mailchimp or some similar mailing service will let me import a list like this...

how'd you scrape so many emails?!

mailgun allows you to send 10k free emails per month but if you have a high bounce rate your sending domain will get banned. You can run the scraped email lists through an email verification service to reduce your bounce rate.

Hey thank you for the reply.. and for the advice. Now I am more worried about legal ussues. How can i cover my ass? Os this something serious? I dont want yo risk myself too much... If yes is nota worth It. What do you think? Is something common? Thank you again!

In many countries it is legal to send 'Cold' emails but you do need to follow certain protocols in order to be compliant - E.G. Unsubscribe link (or language), include physical address, etc... The laws vary for every country so do your research first.

Depends on the objective. I've been on repetitive tasks finding suppliers or service providers, also some other people get a shitload of quotations to get appraisals on different services and know the market. Everything depends on your goals and information you need to make decisions.
That is why, if it is built with strategy, then it is not illegal. If it is a blind sending without thinking and you are thirsty for money, probably you are a cunt and don't deserve experimenting spamming others.

Long story short.

By the way, before that sounds too pretentious or also a cunt, I have a method to share.
Set campaigns to send 50-75 emails per day with spun Subject and Message. See how many conversions/clicks/replies you get, and design another letter and try again, probably in 3 months you will have a solid method if you always try new copywriting or strategy.

What I mean by strategy?
You could send free SEO reports for companies, there are automated API https://www.seoeffect.com/seo-tools/seo-white-label-report/

You could also ask questions to companies niche in order for replies, that could get into your CRM.

- it's definitely illegal especially in the GPDR world
-well, it's pure spam. I don't know where you live and what are the laws in your country, but if you represent a company I wouldn't recommend doing it. There are already lots of cases when companies paid thousands (as a fine) for sending emails to people who didn't put a single tick.
- I'm not a guru of email spam (actually, I haven't done it since 2015), but AFAIK most mailing services will not allow you spam like this

There are many ways to send emails without resorting to subscription platforms. For example, from Google Sheets it is possible to automate the process of sending emails, and you can also use Zapier and several Gmails previously configured.

But as they say, is spam, according to which countries is illegal and most likely if you are very "coarse" performing these techniques, you do not have a good ROI.
