So I need to send at least 1 milion mail per day, NON opt in, but niche related and cleaned but not trust this cleaning companies that much. Tested some suppliers that promise that if IP get blacklisted that replace and delist etc blabla just BS. So a email guy that know his stuff for long term partnership.

You can use something like mail-chimp and purchase mailing lists (or import if you already have them)

Get multiple servers with dedicated IPs (VPS preferable)
Build a mininet with queueing in python
Make one central list and distribute the emails throughout the servers.
Set up simple smtp on each server can send the emails with local NAT'd domain names.
Use proxies as necessary.
Pretty heavy email volume bro.
If you can't find a service to do it for you, you'll have invest into some real infrastrucure to get it done.
