Semrush tell me to have backlink from these links

Hi everyone, im very new in SEO world, i use semrush to check what is good for my website . And they told me to get backlink from these links .
How can i get backlink from those kind of websites ?

For example if you check rawranked.com you will see that the site create lists based on hashtags they pick from stats collected from various trackers included with free apps.
It is likely that you could manipulate this stats since this site doesn't seem to be sophisticated, but neither a great site to be linked from though.

This analysis is by far one of the most complex within SEO industry, and something that by mastering it, you could find your "life" on it. If you are willing to linkbuild based on this kind of "semrush advice" but you don't have the skill to track the linking place, then you should go to the BHW marketplace or any other linkbuilding marketplace and pay for have it done.

im trying to understand what you say here sir . going to rawranked to check out what is this thing . thanks for the advice
 
I think I saw a service in the Marketplace where they check your competitons backlinks and attempt to reach out to those sites. Or post in Hire a Freelancer
