Link farms are interconnected group of websites inflating authority of some sites by giving them backlinks. So, you should consider both incoming and outgoing links. Remove any low-quality or irrelevant external domains in your content and add quality references.
Manually get rid of as many low-quality or spam backlinks as possible. Disavow the remaining ones. If there are any toxic sites sending thousands of links, then report them to Google. Once you clean up your link profile, Semrush should remove your site on subsequent crawls.

First I'd say double check your link profile make sure you actually cleaned up those bad links. Once you're sure things are good reach out to SEMrush support directly. Explain the situation show them the work you've done. They might ask for proof like disavow files or removal requests. Be polite be persistent and hopefully they'll reconsider the domain's label. Sometimes it just takes a manual review.

I don't know how as soon as we register domain Ahref & SemRush shows backlinks from Links farm automatically like domains listing websites

It's not simple, but it is feasible. Cleaning up your backlink profile is the best course of action. Disavow poisonous links, get rid of spammy outbound links, and begin constructing backlinks and high-quality, pertinent content. The trust signals on your website may be reevaluated over time by technologies such as SEMrush. The secret is consistency.
Thanks. I just did a deeper dive, and the weird thing is: in the network graph they list one incoming site as link farm. When I check the site in Chrome, the domain isn’t working anymore.
Even weirder: if I analyze their site in the backlink analytics section, the outbound links don’t show up.
In my backlinks analytics, the link doesn’t show up either.
To sum up:

Yeah, it’s definitely possible to clean up your domain’s image over time, but SEMrush doesn’t let you directly remove the “link farm” label manually, it’s algorithm-based. What worked for me:
- Disavow toxic backlinks via Google Search Console. Even though SEMrush isn’t Google, cleaning up your backlink profile helps both.
- Try to get rid of spammy outbound links on your own site (especially footer/sidebar stuff).
- Work on building legit backlinks — even a few good ones from niche-relevant sites can start changing your domain’s trust signals.
- Keep your content solid. If the domain was previously low-quality, updating it with valuable stuff helps change how it's seen.
