[Semrush] Domain ratings in the Link Building tool?

Are the ratings in the Link Building tool (Semrush) accurate enough to consider buying links from the domains with 4-5 rating?
I know, in theory you should manually check every link using various tools (including ahrefs, moz, etc).

But what is about real world practice?

from what I've seen, the ratings in the SEMrush Link Building tool can give you a decent idea, but you should definitely check those links manually before you buy 'em. Better safe than sorry

I would check the DA and DR together and then I take a quick look at the backlink profile to check which are the topmost linking sites to the domain in question.

If the top sites are redirects or spammy then it is better to skip that domain. But if the DA and DR are decent + backlink profile looks natural and good sites + domain age + traffic to the site is decent + niche, then that site is considered god to get a link from.
