They all take the search volume from Google's Keyword Planner API, but refresh their DB at different frequency and manipulate the data a bit differently.

I switched from SEMrush to Ahrefs almost a year ago, I found the backlink data more detailed and the interface easier to use, I dont recommend it, this is my own experience
