SEMrsuh auto charged after trial, how to get refund?

Aug 4 they charged my Paynoeer for current month subscription. I send them e-mail from associated account e-mail and got the following reply
"your account revert back to free, you won't be charged in future"

What about the existing charge? Will they refund it or not?

Is there anyone received refund from SEMrush after trial period end?

Write a mail to [email protected]. They usually refund without much questions. If they still deny, take it to twitter, that will give you a favorable outcome.

I am assuming that you haven't used the tool after the payment happened.

Thanks mate! After seeing your reply, I visit their refund policy page and submitted the form and told them I need to pay my doctor, so kindly refund the money that I had been charged for August as soon as possible.

I did it before but they still charged me.
