What I mean by noob friendly is, no real need to have that great idea that everyone is looking for. As long as you can network yourself, offline (family, friends, co-workers, ect..) or online (FB, Twitter, CL, ect..) then you can make some good money.
It isn't fully launched so you can't earn money yet but you can start networking it and get people to sign up under you. This will give you a head start, instead of trying to market it when they do launch.
