Hi

I am getting started into IM, I say semi-newb as I previously ran a rather successful eBay store in 2005, for a period making about $15,000 a month in profit, unfortunately my supplier in China was not reliable so I had to stop.

I also work in IT so most of the concepts are not completely foreign, I'm hoping I can hit the ground running.
