There had been BSTs for this service on BHW but most of them got closed here. So there is not good demand for this here.

There is not a big market for this. Better business is grow channels and keep the monthly revenue to self. If possible, automate the process.
 
yes it can be profitable business model but success depends on niche, subscribers and views
