Your not making any sense. What names - domains articles ebooks - what content - ebooks articles courses what ?

Ok go to Flippa right now. Look on the first page and browse the listings. See if anything matches up to what you have. Try to find whats hot in relation to your content. Do that by also browsing the most active section, the ending soon section and the just sold section and dont forget the unsold section to see what not to do. You can learn so much just by doing that.
Also find users who are selling well in relation to your content and copy paste their url into a notepad and spy on them every day. The information you will get from doing that simply cant be thought in any ebook or course.

Download some nice adsense templates that look premium. Buy a related .com domain. Upload the related articles to the site.
