selling website help

I have a 2 years old web site. Which does not generate any revenue. For the last whole year it earned only $20. Organic visitors are about 60 per month. Site has about 40 unique articles. I do not spend time and effort on this site. So I need to sell this. I haven't sell anything on flippa before.

1. What will be the price I can ask?
2. This site is linked to my main google account and main hosting account in Namecheap. If I sell this on flippa or somewhere will it be a problem to my main accounts?
3. What are the other concerns when I selling the site on flippa (or somewhere else)?

Please help if you know.

1. What value do you attach to the website? That should be your asking price.

2. Both hosting and domain name are transferable to detach from your Gmail and Namecheap accounts. Do this when you're finalizing the sale.

3. Not really sure. I have never sold a site on these agent websites. But I heard on Flippa you need to be careful of price settings. Heard stories of bids that were won for ridiculously low amounts coz the seller messed up when listing the site

I can not decide a price as I haven't sold anything yet. Site is not earning. But it has good and unique 40 articles. Can I expect $250 for this?

I'll say $150 tops.

I'd try Facebook groups. I see a lot of people wanting to buy sites even if they don't generate any income, but they're old.

You may get a bit more money if there is a decent backlink profile. Someone might buy it to 301 redirect it to a money site
