Has anyone sold their website for crypto - BTC/ETH/USDC?

If so, what is the way to make the transaction secure for both parties? Any reliable crypto escrow service?

I sold some of mine recently for $3k worth of ETH without an escrow. Just a direct crypto transfer.
A buyer tusted me. There was no any issues.
