Selling website (fake name used)

If I setup a website using fake details will I run in to problems if/when I come to sell it?... Will I need valid ID documents/bank account and stuff that matches the fake name I used?

Am I better off using a mule instead?

Nobody cares as you can transfer the domain and the whole website. Unless you are a company, in your case not.

Ok cool, I wasnt sure if I would need to provide ID documents to the domain registrar or something

maybe in flippa they do ID verification?
