selling twitter accounts

What are the typical rates twitter accounts are selling for? are they priced by the thousand? by the niche? or a combination of the two?

has this been answered already and I just haven't found it? lol

The lowest price I've seen was $30 for 1K fresh accounts at one point, but I believe they're a bit more expensive now. Personally I think 1K good accounts (unique IPs, filled out profile, a few tweets posted etc) is worth way more than $30.
