Selling tweets, is it agianst TOS?

Morning all.
I have a legit mostly white hat site i am running as a legit business.
I have managed to get around 7000-8000 twitter followers and would like to monetise this by selling tweets. The tweets would be 100% targeted and related to my niche (local area) so I would say this isnt really spam.
The thing is the twitter acc is too good an asset to loose and I cant see anywhere on the TOS about selling tweets

I know about people doing it on fiverr etc but I would like to be sure its ok before I offer it on my site as a legit service.

Could any fellow bhatter point out where it says they are allowed or disallowed, rep shall be given

This would apply if you're planning on crawling or scraping the tweets.

NOTE: crawling the Services is permissible if done in accordance with the provisions of the robots.txt file, however, scraping the Services without the prior consent of Twitter is expressly prohibited

I don't see why it is wrong the people on fiverr are doing it with no problems

Selling tweets cant be put under Legit Services since twitter doesnt allow that!

But, we are on Blackhatworld, and all TOS except Adsense TOS are like just some paper notes!

Twitter wont care much about your tweets. I mean, it is not just you, I mean Twitter doesnt care about their members much, since you can see millions of bot accounts which keeps spamming 24 x 7 and are still live!

my only fear is.
Competitor comes along
reports to twitter
Banhammer.

I cant find a way to contact twitter to ask them about it either .
I suppose given the weight of evidence saying that its ok, should a ban occour i can fall back on that, say Im sorry and pull the service

Thanks for the replies all, I have been able to come to a decision based on teh info from here once again!
