Selling Trade Marked Items On Ebay

Guys, I just want to know if you had any trouble, and possibly advice for selling designer items on Ebay? Simply because whenever I post an item that is expensive/designer, it automatically gets flagged with MC99 by VeRo or whatever/whoever they are. Is there anyway that I can prevent this? My seller account isn't established, although the account has been a buyer since 1999. Any advice?

If what you're selling is real then take a picture of the receipt if you have one. Try to add more pictures too, ex. if you have a Louis Vuitton black damier belt, show the inside of it to prove it's real.

The only way to prevent this is by selling legit things, and don't scam people with counterfeits. If the items are legit you can provide them an invoice and they will never bother you again for that item

It is all in the pictures you provide. Take a picture with the item beside the bill of sale. This will help show its legit.
Next to that you need to build up your eBay account selling cheaper items in your niche.
