So, I'm trying to sell a site of mine that's been quite profitable over the last year.

I've had a few offers, but nothing has really stuck. I tried offering it on Flippa and provided as much information as possible, including screenshots of everything.

Anyway, the offers so far have been pretty bad, and I don't want to accept less than half of the year's profits.

How can I go about selling this while still making a profit? It's making me money every day, but I want to use the cash to fund new projects and get a little nest egg going as I have a kid on the way.

Hit me up with some more details.

I have a lot of regular buyers in this price range.

Cheers!

From what I now, latonas is the biggest broker in the industry. They have the richest buyers, but it's hard to get their attention!

Latona isn't exactly the bigger player in the industry - there's quite a few more such as QLB, WeSellYourSite.com, WebsiteProperties etc. - however the main issue most sellers will face is that most "traditional" brokerage firms only deal with sites in the $150k+ range.

And then you've obviously got loads of wannabies who are willing to broker any site and do it for a ridiculously low fee and meet all your other demands - except they'll never get your site sold because they a) haven't a clue what they're doing; b) don't have a list of buyers (which is essential in this business).
