Do people still buy text links?

I was just wondering becuase i have several PR4+ websites and i was thinking about selling 4 or 5 homepage links.

What would a good monthly rate be for a PR4 homepage link?

for a good pr4 with high traffic i would pay $20 a month,
for a good pr4 without or less traffic, i would pay $0

If it's hard for you to decide, then you may want to consider using Text-Link-Ads or Linkworth to help negotiate the deals for you - automated but the money is split 50/50.
