Selling someone elses viral product?

I bought a couple thousand units of someone elses product while it was on sale on Amazon.
Product gets like 20k units of sales per month on TTS.
Original plan was to resell on Amazon at MSRP but I can't get ungated.
Now I'm trying to resell it on TTS as It's already really viral.
Any ideas?
