Selling Sites With Facebook Page

I am building a website to sell. My question is if I want to sell it with a Facebook page, do I need to create a new Facebook account or can I create the page on my personal account and give the page away?
What is the best way to add social accounts?

You can create the page in your personal id and change the ownership later. The only issue is it will giveaway your identity.
