Selling sites with CTR Theme

Hi,

I need some advice on how to sell a site that has a paid theme installed (in my case it's the CTR Theme). Does the buyer have to purchase the theme again, or the site remains tied to my purchase and activation code, or is there a way to request a new (1-time) activation code for selling purposes?

For each one you would most likely need to purchase the theme again I would assume so that each new buyer has their own activation code...Dunno
