Selling site - How much should I charge?

So I'm thinking of sale my dropshipping store but I'm not sure how much I should ask because I never sold any website.
Let's say that the store makes $200 per month, of course, some months more others less.
Do you ask a year in advance?

Speak to a broker and they will also get you maximum value. I've sold 1 business through a broker so can say a few things but no one on this forum can give you advice comparable to an expert.

Quiet Light Brokerage is one I want to use and my friends have used. Bryan is my contact there.
Acquisition Station is one I used and they were great. Ryan is my contact there.

I've had bad experiences with a bunch but I won't name them bc it's not worth the fight.

Depending on business age, the niche, the income, the assets, etc - it can really vary your asking price a lot but a broker will earn you more additional money than what you pay him.

I've sold mine 9 months site with $150 monthly for $2.2k - sold others with $170 for $1.2k so again depends on the assets itself
