Do people buy shoutout on youtube? I have youtube channel but unmonetizable via adsense. Its quickly growing at 1000 subs per month but not sure if I should continue

Come on, you have a growing channel, don't quit, man...
Get into affiliate marketing, make reviews of stuff, sell something to your subs. Even better, create your own product that matches your channel's niche and sell it to your subs.
You can also sell a spot in the end cards in your trending videos... possibilities are endless.
Build a mailing list / Facebook group from them.
If you don't want anything from the above, do sponsored videos for others (how you attempted using this forum), or even put a donation link in your description, using which your viewers can support you (explain your story, how you got demonetized, how you could end up quitting doing videos because of this, bla bla...) people will be more likely to support you.
Just don't give up, keep grinding! Damn.

I think you need to be a partner to get cards which suck because I can't as my videos are unmonetizable. I have been on youtube trying for very long time I used to be gaming content creator but I had such a bad pc then I miss that golden era. I even had it all figured out but someone got my niche after two years and I never got my pc until today(8 years)? So you can see how I'm frustrated haha. I;m quite content with my channel but I made a motorsport channel before and it went nowhere and I hate like a million and a couple hundred of thousand of views in those so I really hope I don't flop again this time lol. Thanks for the ideas yeah I have the rough idea but I need some convicing. Currently trying to direct traffic into a new amazon site I just made wish me luck!
Just 4000 atm. I get at least 1000 views per video

Just keep growing it for now. I will say when you hit something like 10K+ then start contacting companies related to your niche for a sponsorship. Some people even have 100K+ subs and they wait for companies to contact them , instead of them taking action.

Grow it to 50k subs and then slowly tweak ur niche to be monetizable.
