Selling & shipping real cigarettes (not e-cigarette)

I can get all the major name brand labels cheap in Taiwan Marlboro etc.. usually 1-2usd per pack
but im worried about the legal side of it and if its legal to export and what the customs
and taxing would be once entered to the US or other country. Anyone tried this or know the export procedure?

Dont know if it still works but if it's a small order like 10 packages just write GIFT on it. I would love to bulk some up tho , Will follow this.. Dont forget the shipping costs aswell.

they get confiscated too easy coming into UK.

The only thing I could find out was on the us customs page it said something like 200 cigarettes is ok but I think this is more like if you took
a plane to the usa and are holding them I think its different through the mail. The reason the prices are so high in the usa is the
special tax they add on. Im not sure if selling to a us citizen from a foreign country and sending them through the mail and not paying
the usa tobacco tax per pack would be legal or not. Im not talking about the import tax because that would be small i think theres
some kind of special other tax on cigarettes If I can figure it out theres a lot of money to be made they are super cheap here and
even shipping internationally from Taiwan is also pretty cheap

This is 1 million % ILLEGAL! Just remember, if you are avoiding paying Federal or State taxes with any merchandise, consider it illegal. I live in Illinois and some people try to sneak cigarettes in from Indiana (bordering state) because their taxes are so cheap. Alot of people get caught and it's serious jail time. And that is only sneaking cigs from a bordering state!!! Imagine trying to sneak them from another country! Fahgettaboudit!
