Services Selling Fees

Services Selling Fees are segmented by service profession and tiered by service price. Starting today, the fees below apply to: Handyman, Plumber, Electrician, Computer Technician, Auto Mechanic, Car Electronics Specialist, Home Media Specialist, and Appliance Technician in available geographies.
Services Selling fees of 20% for the portion of the service price up to $1,000 consisting of:

  1. Transaction fee: 5% of service price
  2. Service Platform fee: 15% of service price
And, Services Selling fees of 15% for any portion of the service price greater than $1,000 consisting of:

  1. Transaction fee: 5% of service price
  2. Service Platform fee: 10% of service price
Transaction fee includes all relevant fees for invoicing, payment processing, and fraud protection. Service Platform fee includes marketing, seller tools, and customer service.
Amazon deducts the fees as a percentage of the service price, excluding any taxes collected through Amazon tax collection services.

They are forever extending and they don't stop tapping different niches. Highly appreciate their business model.
 
I like their business model too. Amazon is a cool company.
 
The business model is awesome, and for the sellers it was becoming more competitive day by day. A seller if having a well established store with them they can't handle them alone, they need outsourcing services which is highly supported by Amazon FBA.
