Hello I'm thinking to create website and sell seo service (youtube views) On eBay my listing was removed. Can you tell me guys are these services legal?

Yes I understand on ebay I can't sell, But I'm thinking to create e-shop for these services, but one question this is legal?
 
why don't you try on sites like fiverr? they sell pretty good there, ebay is definitely not the right place..

as about legal... is blog/forum spam legal? :)

Is social bookmarking marketing, such as

-selling twitter followers
-selling facebook likes
-selling youtube views
-selling other platform votes/likes/followers/...

1) legal/illegal?
2) legal/illegal if you are reselling.
3) legal/illegal if you are generating the content through your own non-spam whitehat methods?

Could you make a legitimate business out of this kind of services?

I'm curious, because what started as something small for my own websites, I am now selling on eBay... and I'm wondering if I should watch out, if I should keep the business small, or am I allowed to (potentially) have a real business?
 
OP before selling know what are you selling , YT views is seo service ?! twitter followers is socialbookmarking service ?!
 
mostly I'm interested on youtube views service.
 
In terms of are you going to get arrested for it, no. Is it ethical, probably not so it will probably go against certain sites t&cs
