Selling "Researched Keywords"

Since I have a lot of keywords,with over $1.00 CPC and low competition,I'm thinking to start selling them.Will people around here would be interested in buying such keywords?
What should I take in consideration when i make the keyword research,that I show to public?

Also,for a low competition keyword,with let's say 1k+ exact searches a month,and 1$+ cpc,what would be the best price to start with?

I am not sure why you would get neg repped so much acotut, so yea, I guess you gotta wait a bit to set up a sales thread! Also, new rules say you have to be a donor to get a BST thread.

 

Or I can simply make a blog,and paste it in my signature...
