Selling replicas on Amazon Good Idea?

I am debating selling replica products on Amazon. Does any one have any experience with this. Would it be similar to selling replicas on ebay and getting caught. Would it be better or worse. Anyone have any thoughts?

getting caught on Amazon 1 time will get your account banned. And you cannot open another one unless you start a business and start all over.

I've tried changing address, checking account, email, computer and all, but they ask for your SSN so your still screwed unless you start a business.

Ebay will give you several chances usually, Amazon, 1 time and your out

truer words have never been spoken.

so the only way to get a new seller account on amazon is to start a biz?

but won't you still have the same SSN? especially if you are "self-employed"?

would love to know how to go about this coz I'm trying to sell on Amazon again...all the way legit this time round.

Bad idea all around unless you are selling licensed or authorized replicas such as jerseys.

how would amazon find out that the products are replicas?

how about if the replicas are 1:1 quality

Amazon can find out about it by customers leaving emails saying things like the item is fake,replica,not real etc. Amazon has also just shut down accounts just for thinking the item you are selling is a copy or replica. I have had this done on over 2 accounts. There are many ways to get many amazon accounts you just have to search on google to find out.

Selling replicas is always a bad idea. Doing so on Amazon even more so. From what I know, they are much stricter than eBay, but are much better if you sell legitimate goods.
