Selling replicas 7 day ban

Hey all

A week ago I listed 9 quantity replica items
They sold in 24hours now a week later I try to relist the same item
With 10 quantity and got hit with MC019 & MC198.
It's a fairly new account with 13 positive feedback I'm wondering if 10items raised a red flag with eBay and 9 kept me under the radar?
Anyone got any tips for me to not get my listings removed again?

Stop selling 10 quantity of the item, especially on a new account. Go slow!! They r watching u now, you've been flagged. Let the account cool off for a nit then realist SLOW next time.

You'll likely run into issues trying to sell anything with a keyword in the title of a known previously replicated item of a name brand.
 
I had this a few months back, all i could do was change the product/item name and re-list but obviously this didn't go well as people were searching for the certain product name. You could list in a different country otherwise its a new egay acct and start again, this time without listing so many items. Good luck
 
re quantities, 9 is ok now for non business sellers but to list 10 ebay insist you upgrade to a business seller

YOU HAVE BEEN FLAGGED, STOP AND SLOW THE FUCK DOWN!!! GO TO DOLLAR GENERAL STORE AND BUY SHITTY 1 dollar items (back to regular voice). If you buy 1 dollar items, and start to get your feedback up, you can throw software in everyonce in a while and work your way up. I have 23 feedback account and I made 1000 in a week selling software, i got banned 2 weeks later.
