Selling Replica Items On Ebay

Will, your account get banned from eBay if you try listing replica brands like Nike or Adidas?

The other day I saw a listing for a replica air Jordan hat and I was surprised since I thought eBay monitors this type of stuff from being listed.

Wanted to see if anybody has experience with this.

Fast track to getting banned. if you have multiple accounts to burn than maybe it should fits
 
Don't post or tell that's its a replica, I sell replica item before but it's okay as long as the buyer satisfy what they bought.

How would you title your listings then?
 
I title same as the original. As for me the item I sell looks like the original one, as long as the customer satisfies what they bought then it's fine but if they complain then just give them a refund and give the item for free.

Mostly I only have refunds 2 to 3 times a year which is pretty low of what I sold. Just give it a try...

What kind of replicas do you sell?
 
Selling real Nike stuff gets you banned, stay away from Nike on eBay.
 
I'm selling the replica for brands like Harley Davidson. Keep your customer happy it wouldn't burnt. I don't mention its replica as products are of same quality as original. For back up I do purchase running eBay accounts.

I lost 4 in last 2 years (not much). At a time I keep 3 accounts active with the same listings on every account. My photography is genuine one (never copied brand). Doesn't attach PayPal to eBay once selling started (1st time PayPal hold my amounts for 180 days along with eBay suspension). Keep my customers happy. If an item get reported, I removed all items from the same brand. There are other tiny things I do as precautionary measure but sword of suspension is always hanging. So keep a supply of 6 months old accounts with selling history.
 
So, if you are telling about clothing replicas, then I would say, yes you can sell,

But you cant mention that it's authentic, in the title you can't write brand, also in the listing in the brand area you can't mention the brand itself you have to write UNBRANDED, that's the way to go to sell replicas on eBay,

Example: There is a brand Off-White, you can write Off White, OffWhite, but can't Off-White.

If you want to sell as authentic only way to go is to sell high-end replicas, but that's churn and burn, when you sell branded item, PayPal will hold your money, it doesn't matter you have a good account or not, it's fishy, you sell Supreme, from China, so PayPal will hold money for 21 days, if a buyer is satisfied they will give you yours.

It also has risks, if the buyer asks for a refund PayPal will give them, as you sold replica, not a real one.

But I don't suggest you do that, as you only rely on a customer if he can say is it authentic or not.

I think even calling the brand OffWhite or Off White is quite risky.
