Selling Ready made websites (unique designs) ! What niche?

Well I've been site flipping for an year , know lots of stuff, but I am going to try something new, create cool wordpress designs, code it, add articles, put it up for asle on flippa! no traffic/revenue

I have 1 niche in mind but I am looking for more answers, people who have expereince, what niche is the best selling for ready made sites

I would go for topics that are evergreen at the time of recession - perhaps saving money, fighting debt collectors, the new trend could be postponing foreclosure thanx to the banks' misbehaviour regarding mortgage paperwork, getting a job, learnig a new career, personal development etc. Also a good autoblog component should be a benefit. Looking at the prices - fresh sites without any history of success are not doing very well, unless the name includes targeted keywords. But give it a try - looks are not unimportant. And try to get some buzz to your listing.
