selling re-selling ebooks??

bigtime noob here, so be gentle.....
can money be made selling/reselling ebooks?

this looks like a typical scam site, but i know peeps do pay for info so perhaps there could be some money made. of course the site brags that the package is worth thousands but they're selling it for $50.... then when you click to leave the site a pop-up offers to sell it for $17 if you stay and buy now.

i know, if you (i) think it's a scam (and if it seems too good to be true) then it is probably a scam.
that said, has anyone tried Robert Dean's You Can Be an Internet Millionaire??

First the only way you can resell and e-book is to write it in your own words completely different from the original so others will not catch on that its a carbon copy of the real thing. There is money in it but you are going to have to sit down for hours re-doing the whole thing in your own words. There is a thread floating around BHW on how to make cash from DP by re-doing e-books and selling them and he alone took over 15 hours to rewrite just one e-book but was very successful with sales of over $500 when his goal was $300. If you are just learning I would try to find another way to make cash online using BHW stategies than re-writing e-books but hey if your a novelist go for it ;)

sounds like that Robert Dean thingy provides the books for you.... so i didn't quite mean re-writing them per se, i guess i meant spending the $17 on his InternetMillionaire crap (and possibly falling for a scam).
 
true, probably wont do it... just figured the peeps here could give something a quick thumbs up/down.
i have a regular job but looking for a way to make some extra cash. i've been poking around these BHW forums and reading the stickies for noobs and all that.... i just dont have a lot of the technical experience to apply many of the great ideas (i've never done CPA or adsense and barely understand how to get into any of it). i doubt i'm really a black hatter either.... probably more a of grey/white hatter who's not above using some black hat strategies.
i'm a writer/editor, so i might try getting into AC and will likely check out RedTide's AC guide....
any other suggestions are welcome.
 
Yes money can be made from writing ebooks and from reselling ebooks.


If you would try your hands on reselling I would say it's best to do it with PLR ebooks this normally means you can edit it and do anything you wan't with it.

Learned a TON from John Thornhill. Seems down-to-earth.

In fact, an ebook site I had made through his course helped me get accepted to many CPA companies. (This was before I knew ANYTHING about blogs, website design, etc.)

Nope. I would not touch Robert Dean's millionaire program or anything of that sort with a barge poll.

If you want a free place to setup shop try dijishop.com they seem to be selling ebooks and they couldn't care less what you sell on there.

Once you make ebook, I am sure there are a few noobs that you can sell it to down at DP. :)
