I have been working on a genius code for a while, and using a few VPS's and proxy suppliers and public scraping i think i can build a rented proxy api that can provide .txt output and .xml for programmers or mass seo'ers.

Looking for JV setup someone that knows PHP as well as me and to help market the product here on BHW and other places for 40% stake!

You may be able to offer this to seo vps providers (ie bhtdownloads) that provide the seo tools at a premium price, this way they could offer such a service to their users and you could get a "bulk" bulk purchase.
