Selling prohibited Items on Ebay and Make Cash!

I have some smokeless cigarettes that I'd like to sell on Ebay. I can do it but there are certain words I can't use... like the word "Cigarette". I have seen that people selling smokeless cigarettes using the word "Cigarette" BUT then they get shut down by Ebay but only after selling a few of them. Where they able to get paid from the few they sold before they were shut down? How? My question is is there a way I can sell my smokeless cigarettes on Ebay and get paid thru paypal before Ebay shuts me down? I want thinking that short BIN 's would work. I appreciate any input.

You may want to keep in mind the fact that Ebay owns Paypal. Even if you circumvent their take-down systems, they can still close your Paypal account if you become a problem.
