So im about to start a website to sell a few products I have in mind. But the thing is I dont know how to code in html. So I dont know how to make like the shipping cart thing, buy it now that puts the item in the shopping cart, in then the checkout process. I have no idea to go with this. I looked everywhere. The only thing that came up was ejunkie, but then I relized that was for virtual goods. Is there anyway to do this or does it have to be coded manually?

Yes, I know how to setup a store.

You have to install a script to sell products like Magento, ZenCart or Prestashop. Then you need to configure your store.

Ok thanks man. I see what I all I have to do now

If I need help with anything would it be ok if I pm and send you some moola for your service. Or do you not do that kind of stuff?

Install wordpress and use the theme shopperpress 4.
Code:
http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/templates-themes/235708-get-shopperpress-4-1-1-byo-wp-shop-any-niche-accepts-20-forms-payment.html
. Very easy to install can be done in less than 10 minutes and seo friendly.

Everything you need to know can be found by searching Google. Internet Marketing is all about research. Once you learn how to research information on Google, you will rarely need to ask anyone anything.

The info is out there. :)

Im going to use this instead of prestasho this looks alot cleaner

Yea I think I did my research, obviously I have alot more to go im just a newb. But I think I figured out my plan on starting this. The next thing to research on my list is SEO. Then be abel to promote my site and see z cash flow :) hopefully it will be easy as it sounds.;) But im going to be doing replicas. I have 2 quesions, should I have a mix of real items and replicas or should I just open a replica store. Im going to be dropshipping and the only profits in that seems to be in replicas. Any feedback will be great :D

It won't be as easy as it sounds don't worry - but let that motivate rather than discourage you

If you are selling replica's and you get the most profit from it then for what reason would you wish to sell non-replica goods alongside?
If you do sell replicas make sure you cover your ass good

when i first got into all this stuff, i didnt know about web design either which really held me back. i recommend you get into wordpress. learn about it, install themes and the such. its pretty much web design done for you, so you dont have to learn how to code if you have the right themes and plugins.

if its html you want just go to online-html-editor dot org (yes USE the dashes as well when putting in the url)

A button in the top left "<html>" click that and it will convert it for you

my advise... learn the basics, but don't try to do it yourself. getting the store up is just step 1. you will need to focus on marketing the store. spend you time doing that. its way more valuable.

Like Wiz said man, try to find it on your own first because it is out there somewhere.

Haha wow so many replies, thank you all guys.

For one the reason I would be selling a mixed would be because if I get someone saying its fake I could get another person saying they got a real one. Idk if it would matter I sold stuff on ebay awhile back and feedback was taking into consieradtion.

How would I go about covering myself up? Like open a bank account with a fake id? Would offshore hosting site be enough if I just use a fake name when regersting?

Haha I think I have learned the basics. I had a my own site using worpress and was promoting a site with it. Basically to get referalls. Well creating that site was a journey. Also I learned about some coding not much, but I also learned what it takes to get your site out there. So im not really jumping into a whole I havent digged :naughty: but I still have lots to learn.

Alright dumper (hah love ur name) I know everything I need to know is outthere. Its just hard to find stuff your dont really know what ur really looking for? idk like the store shopping I didnt know if it was a code or what but I did some research and I found out there knows as ecommerce platforms. So im learning something new everydqy

You will need some time to learn. For a cart you will need much more than html. If it's urgent it's a good idea ask someone (no I don't have time) while you are learning the basics.

With Magento you can have 2 stores with the same admin (one for original and other for replicas.), but this one it's only for good developers (if you need custom features).

You can use wordpress blog to sell the products. Then you install shopping cart plugins.

Well magento seems a little to pricey for me 12k damm thats alotta money. Maybe if I was making a real store like newegg or sometin then id proably go with that.
But thanks for you help showboy!

Yeah, Wordpress is most definitely the way to go. It takes a bit of time to learn, but will decrease your overall learning curve dramatically.

Rehashing a bit of what's already been said, getting the site up and running is only the beginning. If you have some seed money, you may be better off hiring someone to build the site to start off with.

I would use a hosted solution such as Volusion or EKMPowershop. Everything is set up for you and you can pay the monthly charge out of your cashflow.

A lot of hosts offer shopping systems (such as zen cart, os commerce...) and they install easy through Fantastico. If you haven't chosen a host yet, why don't you shop around for a host that offers what you need.
