Selling PR2 website - what to do before posting on SEDO ???

As you're all aware I am new to this forum and have found lots of cool and insightful things to play with... I run a mac though and recently deleted my windows and virtual machine, so can't use 100% of the software here lol

Anyway I have a website energycans.com that has was run for about 4 months and has a page rank of 2 with many incoming links... i no longer need it and want to sell it and have read I should inflate alexa stats and maybe add a CPM program whilst doing so so there is some kind of income 'proof' to go with the stats 'proof' ... and then sedo it up for all it's worth

have I got the right idea or would you recommend something else? i am happy to see what some other creative ideas you have used or would recommend trying... and even do some sort of JV for helping me out

P.S. if you access the site it's just a re-direct and not what the site was... i used to sell energy drinks from it (hence the name)... i'm not sure if that matters...

Well, personally, I'd be carefull inflating your stats. Potential buyers will want to see where the traffic is coming from and if it's all direct traffic, the'yll get suspicious. I'd also have a full website set up as if you just sell the domain, most people will know that the PR2 rank will drop over the next month or two.

i did have a site up getting organic traffic but i took it down before i realised that i need something "live" to sell... reading through the forums i am thinking that i should setup an autoblog with similar keywords that i was ranking for and let that run on autopilot for a while... and possibly get someone to help me inflate the stats whilst the autoblog is doing it's own thing

the only problem is that i can't figure out what autoblog to setup as there are so many options and o've got information overload at the moment... any help?

i don't have an adsense account and can't seem to get one as apparently i had one cancelled a long time ago... can i input other ad code with "YPN Adsense"?

i have decided to add gocodes to cloak affiliate links and automatically link from added articles/bog posts... and i hear that's the way to go as it provides quality backlinking and allows to swap affiliate links in the backoffice just once instead of trollling the posts individually

now all i need to find is a list or a program that can somehow get my rss far and wide... that should be a quick way to get widespread backlinks if incorporating gocodes?
