Selling PLR -- Where to start?

So I've been told that I should be selling PLR, since I'm a pretty good writer. Okay, fair enough...so should I start my own website? Sell them in markets like DP? I have a huge catalog of articles that I could sell as PLR, but I don't know where to begin. I can also write new ones quickly, at a pretty high level of quality.

Is it true that I can sell the same packs over and over? If that's the case, what do I do when someone notes that the pack I'm selling is not unique, because the articles are on 124 websites already? Is it up to the purchaser to spin them?
