Selling on flippa ?

Never sold a site or even used flippa before but thinking about doing it now or very soon since one of my sites has started to earn less than normal (thanks google!).

So, where do I start from ? Is it possible to get scammed being the seller :/ ?

And, I assume that I can set a reserve? As well as this, how would I be paid ? Pretty sure it would sell for $1,500+ but my PayPal probably wouldn't be able to take that much at the moment plus I'd be afraid of them screwing me (have a fake age on PayPal - wasn't 18 when I first
