when I'm listening to item and the price is 50 usd after selling PayPal requires like documents and Limited account it's like a some kind of rules..?
This happens when you try to sell a branded item on a new account, log in from IP that's outside your registration country, or try to take in too much money at once.
oky and whats the money limit fir new user.???
They're not going to tell you that. It's most likely based on algorithm. I know for a fact though certain brand items triger it more often than not.
