Selling on Ebay

Hi everyone, Just want to ask why everyone sell some brands when I get reported when I start selling them, I'm talking about LEGO toys exactly I see a lot of sellers sell them on ebay when I listed some toys eBay removed them and they tell me that Lego reported me
Just want to ask if it the real lego company who reported me or just some seller, and if it the real company why they don't report other sellers who are selling this brand before I do

Most take down requests have to be submitted by the rights owner. So I suspect it was a brand. They probably have an intern looking for items. When I worked at deckers they had someone just searching ebay all day to send in take down requests for all the fake uggs that were being sold. Its the same on Etsy, they wont act unless the rights holder reported it themselves. They probably dont have the resources to catch them all. mostly it's done by bots looking for keywords and tags.

I'm sure if they can catch me they can catch most of the other sellers because they sell those long time before me and they sold more than I did and they are are at the first page for most of the keywords so why they don't report them

If it's LEGO you are referring to there are thousands of authorized dealers as well as legitimate second hand sales. What exactly are you selling. Is it real LEGO. is it counterfeit? is it like Lego and you are using the lego trademark and words to describe it in tags. At the end of the day eBay dont just take listings down for no reason. There is probably more to this story that is not apparent.

When you say Lego toys are these box sets, are they new. you have to be an authorized dealer if you are selling them as new and in bulk, lego wont just allow people to do that without any control. They are well protective of their brand.

I speak from experience. I have nearly 30 large 55 liter totes full to the brim (500lb) of lego and well over 1000 mini figures. Lego are brutal about protecting their brand, mainly because all of the knockoffs are complete dog shit. There is a reason genuine lego holds its price well. The listings you are referring to are probably OK. Reach out to lego or ebay and ask what specifically is the reason.
