Selling my Cigarettes- PPC **Help me **

Hello,
I promote cigarettes and i'm getting 50$ per sale.
Already made few sales writing articles and using facebook.

I was thinking about using PPC to promote my website where i sell cigarettes.
Looks like google does not allow advertising tobacco products.

Please help me, where can i advertise my website ( PPC )? I have to earn at least 15-20$ per sale,
so i have 30$ in advertising to get 1 customer.

Have you tried ebay, gumtree, craigslist ?

Aaa okay, maybe you can sell a ebook about your offer for $0.99.

I.e Get this ebook where I will show you how to get $900 worth of cigarettes for only $99.

I'm sure what your promoting have some offer like that, right?
